FAT HEAUXS COOK: 1-2-3 SHRIMP TACOS
Let's get one thing straight: I don't really cook. I don't really know how to cook. I don't really have a lot of time to cook. This can be a pain in the ass if you're doing the Whole 30, which is pretty meat based. They constantly want you to braise a compliant pork shoulder or something. So if you're not interested in grilling or sauteeing or whatever else people do to meat, you've got to come up with some work arounds. So here's my 1-2-3 Shrimp Tacos.
1-2-3 Shrimp Tacos
Pre-cooked shrimp from Whole Foods (I like to go Whole Foods classy with pre-cooked shrimp because it tastes better than the Jewels.)
1. Take a piece of lettuce
2. Put some shrimp in it
3. Add salsa and guacamole
VOILA YOUR DINNER IS SERVED. You're clean, you're healthy, and there's virtually no mess, you're welcome.
